Aseptic double chamber valves type AXV are flow control devices for 24/7 aseptic processing plants. The three integrated steam barriers (ISB) enable the safe separation of both product lines, even when two of the four valve seats are lifted. Thanks to the three independent steam barriers, AXV valves enables one side maintenance while production on the other side.

The valve build-up is similar to a standard double chamber valve and therefore also provides easy maintenance and low Total Cost of Ownership. The valve enables the total separation of antagonistic media and offers you maximum process safety.
